Ellen Krider is the attorney and owner of Krider Law Office, LLC, located in Prineville, Oregon. She is a general practitioner and has worked extensively in matters involving real estate and family law. This has grown to include substantial work in estate and legacy planning, business entity management, real property transactions and disputes and construction.
Ms. Krider has lectured on substituted decision-making and estate planning, including fiduciary capacity and financial elder abuse. She is a member of the Oregon Bar Association family law and estate planning sections and a member of the LFLAC committee.
Ms. Krider is a board member of the Crook County-based Humane Society of the Ochocos, a non-profit corporation and past member of Economic Development Committee and Rotary. She is a regular supporter of local youth activities, 4-H and FFA programs.
She earned her J.D. In 1999 from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now known as the University of New Hampshire School of Law. In 1996, Ms. Krider received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a B.A. in Philosophy. She graduated Crook County High School in 1991. She is admitted to the Oregon State Bar and a member of the Jefferson-Crook County Bench-Bar Association.
